Press Release Threats

On Monday, December 5, 2022 Deputies with the Knox County Sheriff's Department took a harassment and threats to a school complaint.

After further investigation it was learned that a male juvenile from another school district was sending pictures of himself with firearms and threatening students from the Knoxville School District.  The threats were discovered and acted upon swiftly before anyone was harmed.

The juvenile was subsequently arrested for the following charges:

  1. Disorderly Conduct
  2. Disorderly Conduct - School Threat

The juvenile is currently in the custody of the Knox County Mary Davis Home which is a juvenile detention center.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
