It is a virtual portal allowing the Knox County Sheriff's Office to provide extensive information to the public. It also serves as a platform to promote collaboration and continued communication with our federal, state, and regional law enforcement partners, as well as the community we serve.

Our website enhances community participation, which is essential to promote a philosophy of Prevention, Intervention and Enforcement as we work together to increase information sharing, combat crime and reduce the fear of crime.

The Knox County Sheriff's Office administrative staff are listed below along with their duties/responsibilities. 

Chief Deputy Lindsey May:
Provides administrative assistance to the Sheriff in managerial functions such as budget planning, formulation of department objectives, administration of personnel activities, and departmental recordkeeping

Lieutenant Carl Kraemer:
Commander of the Patrol Division, which includes Patrol Deputies, Investigators, Civil Process ,D.A.R.E. and TRIAD programs.

Sergeant Brad Davis:
Investigations Division Supervisor

Barbara Schulze:
Assistant Jail Administrator

Sergeant Brad Abernathy:
Knox County Jail Chief of Operations

Chief Rick Pecsi:
Chief of Security for the Knox County Courthouse
